The Oliver apartment is located in the center of Villasimius,behind the church, close to the evening promenade and convenient to all amenities. Simius' first beach is a ten-minute walk away, and a shuttle service to the beaches is available if you travel without a car. The apartment is equipped with all comforts for a quiet holiday, has a courtyard where you can park your car. You can have lunch and dinner quietly in the porch. All you have to do is book! The space The apartment is located on the ground floor of a typical Sardinian-style building, and has a courtyard with internal parking. You can park and leave with your car even during ZTL time. You can enjoy your lunches and dinners under a shaded canopy. You will find a room with a double bed, a single bed on the veranda and a double sofa bed in the dining room. Kitchen and bathroom with washing machine. Guest access You will be able to enjoy all the areas, without any restrictions! Other things to note The yard with parking has two parking spaces: one from the Oliver apartment, and one from the second floor apartment.
