Neighbor are very friendly and helpful Easy to get around as the apart is like 3min away from the big road. So like I said, it’s very easy to get around the area and the guest do have personal indoor parking garage - Guess staying for less than a month will be responsible for their own electricity charge as each our apartments has his own electric meter and this does not cost that much and it also depend of how you will be using the electricity. - We do offer an 10.000 FCFA of electricity to all guess wiling to stay at list for one (1) month and guess will take care of the rest for their staying if they finish the 10.000FCFA. - We do offer also channel subscription for one month also (FREE) only for guess staying at list for one (1) month.
