The beaches are of the people! The beach can be accessed through a gate a quick 3-minute walk from the Villa Coral entrance. The area of the beach closest to Villa Coral is known for its calm waters. A shallow reef surrounds our beach, breaking waves before they arrive at the shore. This makes it one of the calmest beaches on the North coast of the island. There is a safety marker located ~100 feet from shore; there are no public life guards; we recommended consulting a tide chart or talking with locals to understand when the water is lowest. You'll have access to the entire rental unit. While you are staying in Villa Coral, my brother Gerardo and his wife Andrea can be available in person for any major help. Wilmarí will always be available through the airbnb chat. There are rental agencies located in Dorado (limited availability) if a car is only desired for a short period. Uber is available for traveling between San Juan and Dorado (we recommend scheduling a trip). Uber is not recommended for short trips within Dorado as the availability is low and wait times can be long.
