Spacious house with a river view next to center

You can enjoy the landscape and space from this centrally located house built in the 70s. The spacious house is on the river bank, within walking distance of the center and transport links. In this house you will enjoy breathtaking views and be in the middle of everything. This house can easily accommodate 8 people, 10 if necessary or even 12, if kids. There are 4 bedrooms, in addition a separate TV room, a large living room and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen and 3 toilets and 2 showers. The space House is built in 70s and is a piece of architecture from this time. House has done renovation in 2005. Floor migh be cold during winter. . 3 of 4 bedroom are bigger and one is smaller. Entrance is in downstairs and also one of bedrooms and toilet. Other spaces are in upstairs. There is a big backyard and great outdoor oppotunities just steppping out the door. There are toys available for children and also babygrib, if needed. Guest access This house is our home. Whole house expect garage, storage and pool room are for our quest. Other things to note We have a dog, so allergic persons might not be able to stay here.
