Surrounded by a private fenced garden with lawn and several plants, the property boasts a beautiful pool (12 x 6 m), open from mid-May to September, and equipped with parasols, sunbeds and gazebos with chairs and tables. Near the pool you will find two toilets and a comfortable changing room. Under the large patio there is a dining table for 10 people, a barbecue and a wood-burning oven, ideal for preparing tasty pizzas and grills. Following is a spacious and modern kitchen-dining room with direct access to the garden, fully equipped with: dining table for 10 people, fireplace, oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, thermos for drinks, and American coffee machine. The sleeping area consists of 4 double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathroom with shower and wardrobe. One bedroom also has a baby bed. The floor is completed by a toilet and a laundry room with washing machine and ironing board. First floor: The upper floor, reached by climbing some stairs, houses a large triple bedroom (1 double bed + 1 single bed) with sofa.
