The space This former butchers shop is one of four buildings around the flagged former farmyard - front barn with bike store, the old cowshed and the back barn, now an Alexander Technique Studio. The front gate is onto Rochdale Road and the back onto the old packhorse trail which was the original Rochdale Road. Bedroom 4 has a large split double bed and an additional low single bed is available to make this a twin room. This bedroom is on the main road so please read notes about noise if you are concerned. Bedroom 5 is set up as a dining room with a table that can be extended or moved into the living room if you want. It has a comfy sofa bed. This room is also on the main road so please read the notes about noise. Bathrooms - the house has one en-suite and one full bathroom with large shower for bookings of up to 7 guests. For more than 7, a second bathroom in a separate building across the yard is available on request. Guest access You can use the whole house, the back lawn, the flagged yard and covered stable. The house is entirely yours, we may be around in the yard or stable occasionally. For groups more than 7 we open the extra bathroom across the yard. The studio is available for quiet work e.g. yoga or meditation at an extra fee. Please enquire, if you want to use any other buildings on site. Other things to note Our Studio is available for quiet work like yoga, meditation by arrangement. Whole day hire also possible for an additional fee. We use it for Alexander Technique group classes of up to 10 people. It comes complete with a separate tea room and WC/ shower. The studio measures 8.75m long by 4.6m wide (minus space for piano). It has underfloor heating, ventilation and 10 yoga mats are available. To book the Studio with your accommodation please mention it in your enquiry giving a brief description of how you would like to use the space. Payment is through the airbnb app. EV charger available 40 p per unit payment through the resolution centre.
