Newly renovated private guest room with en-suite. The space Brand new self contained accommodation. Queen size bed with en-suite, heater in room and fan. We can also add a single bed and travel cot for extra guests/children. Communal room with sofa, chairs and aircon unit, please note this is a powerful unit and is with to accommodate both rooms. Laundry with washing machine, dryer, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, crockery. Second toilet. Outdoor kitchen with fridge, induction hot plate, pans, air fryer and bbq. Deck and garden for your use. Please note we have a small puppy at the property, she is a mini groodle called Ruby. You may see her during your stay but if you don’t like dogs, please let us know so we can be aware. Our house is on a quiet street but still central to all Newcastle has to offer. Walking distance to restaurants, pubs and shopping centres. 5 minutes drive to the John Hunter Hospital, Mater Hospital and McDonald Jones Stadium (Knights/Newcastle Jets). 2km walk to McDonald Jones Stadium. See picture of the plan of our house as the accomodation is attached to the back of our residence with private entry and access. Guest access Private & quiet room with shower & toilet. There is space to hang and store clothes. There is a sofa and smart tv in the room. Guests have access to unlimited WiFi. Access to the room is via the garden. You will have access to the laundry, outdoor kitchen on the back deck and garden. These areas are shared, so for longer stays please be mindful we will need to use the washing machine and the garden at times. During your stay I will give you my mobile number just before arrival for ease of contacting. We will also send you the details to the lockbox. The living space, back garden, patio and laundry are shared spaces, however we do our best to our best maintain your privacy and use these as little as possible.
