We maintain professional standards to ensure a quality stay for every guest. The space The apartment offers a contemporary, high-spec retreat designed with your comfort in mind. We have prioritised a versatile environment that works as both a relaxing home and a productive base for your team. * Open-Plan Living: The uncluttered living area features a large Smart TV and a foosball table for downtime. The breakfast bar doubles as a functional workstation, and high-speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout. * Sleeping Arrangements: The bedroom is set up for restful sleep, featuring twin single beds, a Smart TV, a wardrobe, and mood lighting. For a 3rd guest, we provide a comfortable Z-bed (with a solid base for better support) complete with all necessary linens. * Allergen-Aware: To ensure a comfortable stay, we maintain an allergen-free environment with no feathers, down, or fixed carpets. * Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and tea/coffee essentials. The breakfast bar is highlighted by modern pendant lighting, consistent with the stylish fixtures found throughout the apartment. Guest access GUEST ACCESS & ARRIVAL DETAILS: * Building Entry: Access to the apartment is granted via a secure communal lobby at the front of the building. * Exclusive Property Access: Once inside, you have full, exclusive access to the entire ground-floor apartment. * 24hr Shift-Friendly Check-In: We utilise a secure key box system for self-check-in. This allows your team to arrive at whatever time suits your shift schedule or travel plans without the need to coordinate a meeting time. * Professional Management: This property is professionally managed by F&S Properties. We ensure streamlined handovers and dedicated support to meet the needs of all project-based and contractor guests. Other things to note ADDITIONAL NOTES & HOUSE RULES: * Capacity & Pricing: The base rate covers 2 guests. Standard configuration: two guests in the main bedroom. A 3rd guest supplement applies for the use of our Z-bed to accommodate an additional team member. * Parking: There is NO allocated parking. Parking is restricted on Main Street, first-come, first-served street parking is available on surrounding side streets. * House Rules: No smoking indoors. Noise curfew is 9 PM–7 AM. * Mandatory Requirements: Prior to arrival, you must complete our digital form and sign our rental conditions. We partner with ChargeAutomation for ID verification and security deposit holds. By booking, you agree to these operational requirements, which help us provide a seamless, professional experience for all our contractor and professional guests.
