Fantastic room in an apartment just outside Lisbon. 5 minutes from the subway and trains. Close to supermarkets, pharmacies and points of interest, stroll through Lisbon during the day and feel at home when it's time to rest. Note: The apartment is shared with other guests. The space Metro Network 5 minutes from the apartment, Reboleira terminal station, with connections to Lisbon Airport, access trains to the entire country. Colombo Shopping Mall is 8 minutes by metro. El Corte Inglês Shopping Mall is 18 minutes by metro. Direct access to the historic area of Lisbon in 20 minutes. Area surrounding the apartment with free street parking. Other things to keep in mind: • My apartment is a collective local accommodation - not a hotel - and has common areas. When booking, guests agree to keep them clean and tidy. - Upon arrival, during the stay and eventually when leaving, it is important to pay attention to the quiet hours. Excessive noise is not tolerated from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. the next day, according to Portuguese law. - Visitors and pets are not allowed, as well as any kind of meeting, party or events - Utensils for common use must be kept available for other guests after use and proper cleaning. We also ask that guests do not leave personal items in common areas. - According to Portuguese law, local accommodation establishments must request and file information regarding tourists staying on their premises.
