GREEN ACRES FARM barn apartment

You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. This is a barn apartment as it sets next to a horse barn. Very cute, full kitchen with large room with queen bed set to side of room. Large wall mounted TV, leather sofa that pulls into a bed. Perfect for couple or couple with child. Rustic decor very cozy, full bathroom with shower and half bathroom that opens to isle of barn so when in apartment you have 2 bathrooms.... The space This barn apartment was originally a huge office inside the steel building that we converted into this very cute rustic abode. The kitchen has full refrigerator stove coffee maker (coffee provided complementary). Table is picnic style "farmhouse" table. Living area is a large room with pallet wood on wall where TV is hung. Decorated with farm/horse/country style decor. There is a closet for hanging clothes and storage of personal items. Perfect size for couple wanted to experience the farm life/country lifestyle. There are a couple horses on property and cows on adjacent farm with a couple of donkeys. There is a covered porch with seating to enjoy the "farm". This apartment is away from the main house and you can see all the farmland around and there are the most beautiful sunsets to the west in the evenings. Over to the side of the porch is the "patio" area in front of the barn with gas fire pit and seating for you to enjoy as well. If bringing your own horse/or horses this is the perfect spot to be close to stalls and the one bathroom opens to the isle of the barn for quick check on stalled horse or to feed without having to go outside. Please inquire on any other questions I may not have addressed here to prevent any disappointment upon arrival. No inside pets allowed. If bringing horses there is no charge for stall or barn use/paddock etc..but riders will be asked to sign a liability wavier as owner not responsible for injury to rider or horse. Huge riding turf area with arena lights for those early 6pm dark days or simply to ride in evening when sun goes down and its cooler outside. There are many trails close to here to trailer your horse to. Guest access Guests with horses the barn is a common area as well as wash racks, paddocks etc... Please be respectful of other guests in these areas. There is no smoking in barn or inside of home. Smoking areas provided outdoors with seating etc.. Other things to note My cell number will be provided once here if anything is needed after arrival. Please be respectful of others who may be here with their horse. I live on adjacent farm so I'm a golf cart ride away and come right over to remedy any issue. I keep my personal horse on property so I will come to feed twice a day. So if any problems I'll be around
