Chautauqua Institution Studio with Balcony

Welcome to the St. Elmo! This is the premier location at Chautauqua Institution, on Bestor Plaza in an elevator, air-conditioned building of all-steel fireproof construction (1988), carefully designed and decorated to fit into Victorian Chautauqua. The lower level offers shops, a deli, and a spa. This quiet third floor unit has a lovely balcony. Across the Plaza are the Post Office, Bookstore, Afterwards Cafe, and Library. The space The balcony of #315 has a table and chairs for outdoor relaxing and dining. Streaming TV in the entertainment center and reliable WiFi are available for work or relaxing. In the kitchenette you will find dishes, utensils and cookware, but eating out is attractive at the Heirloom Restaurant of the Athenaeum Hotel (in season), and many interesting dining location around Lake Chautauqua. Except for the 9 week Summer Assembly season, on street parking is available. In the Season guests park in one of the Institution lots.
