This south facing gem of a spot used to be where vegetables were grown for the large Georgian manor next door. It was so beautiful that the owners wanted to keep that botanical, indoor/outdoor vibe so now you can throw open the huge French doors leading onto a large covered terrace and enjoy that morning coffee in full sun with the waft of scented geraniums while you wait for the copper bath in The Potting shed (tucked inside the garden walls) to fill. The Walled Garden has a large open plan kitchen/dining/living area with log burner that can seat up to 20 and private dining as well as bespoke group events such as Gin Tasting and Spa Treatments can be arranged. Upstairs splits into two stunning suites, The Bar-th Room and The Cocktail Lounge. The Bar-th Room (sleeps two), so named because of the unique combination of a bar and an uber luxurious bathroom is too cool for school and just oozes glamour and wow factor. Venture up to the loft bedroom and you’ll find a super king bed dressed in White Company linens with skylights positioned perfectly for stargazing from your pillow and of course a Nespresso machine for that morning cuppa. The Cocktail Lounge (sleeps 2), feels like a little house all in itself with a beautiful king size bedroom and stunning rustic bathroom, both opening onto a hallway with a winding staircase leading up to a really special little Cocktail Lounge in the loft, the ideal spot for that pre-dinner G&T. The lounge area has a large flat screen TV, squishy sofa and plenty of books and games so it’s a lovely place to cosy up after an evening out too. Guest access The whole house. Other things to note The house doesn't have it's own parking but it does sit just 50 metres from two car parks across the road and is less than a 60 second walk from a third around the corner. All can be paid for via convenient apps and all are very reasonably priced. Just pull up directly in front of the property to unload and reload then head to any of the three nearby car parks to park. Located right in the centre of this beautiful, food lovers market town - superb bars, restaurants, individual shops, beautiful parks and even a large outdoor swimming pool all on your door step. Nantwich train station just around the corner so just a 20 minute train ride in to the centre of Shrewsbury with theatres, Michelin restaurants, parks, river and cobbled streets.
