Perfect family house, heated pool, close to beach

Our much-loved home works so well for family guest groups with occasional availability throughout the year. Its 7 mins walk to the lovely sandy beaches of Southbourne. You will find some great bars and restaurants nearby & can explore historic Christchurch and the beautiful seaside resorts around Bournemouth and Dorset. This listing is part use of the house (owners rooms locked), but you will have the place to yourselves.The outdoor heated pool is open from early April until September. The space Large house with fabulous kitchen, dining area, living room and garden. All available rooms are as detailed in the photos. The pool is open 8.30am-6.30pm and is heated to 26-28 degrees, depending on the air temperature. Please supervise young children around the pool as the cover is not a hard cover. The largest bedroom is on the top floor and has an ensuite shower room, a sofa that can be used as a sofa bed and an additional sleeping "den" that can be used for children/teens - please note you have to duck your head to get into this extra den room. The two further guest rooms on the first floor share the deluxe shower room which includes a steam unit so you can have a steam shower. We have a travel cot (please bring bedding) and a high chair available. Other things to note In the summer months, our terrace is a perfect place to catch the sunset with a glass of wine and some al fresco dining. We have a Weber gas BBQ with a full can of gas. In the winter, the wood burner and open fires in the living room are great for cosy fireside atmosphere - we will make sure there are plenty of logs and everything you need to get the fires going
