Each cabin room has 2 bunkbeds with double mattress each Cabin 1 has one extra single mattress while Cabin 2 has an extra double bed mattress A separate Fan Room Nipa hut can accomodate 5-6 pax. without CR Up to 20 pax can fit comfortably. TENT pitching is FREE but add’l P600for extra pax in excess of 20 pax Large parking space for your cars. Nearby store: Dali & Alfamart WAZE: Kasitas Indang (Carasuchi-Anuling Street, Indang Cavite) Guest access The entire place is exclusive to your group once you book the place. OFF LIMITS area is properly labeled. Other things to note HOUSE RULES 🏠 1. Please RESPECT Check in (2 PM) and Check out times (12 noon) (500/hr for extension) 2. Please RESPECT the NOISE CURFEW (10 PM to 7 AM). Videoke is allowed until 10 PM ONLY. No loud noises after 10pm. 3. Please WEAR PROPER SWIMWEAR (rash guard, etc.) and shower before swimming. 4. NO big events, parties and EXCESSIVE liquor drinking. 5.Please use the pool properly, do not soil it with food or trash. 6.PLEASE TIDY UP the Board games/playing cards after use. 7.UNAUTHORIZED guests are NOT allowed (charges apply) 8.Additionals: P50 for extra gallon of water (already have 1 free gallon), P200/day for LPG (if going to cook). 9.Kindly DO NOT re-arrange furnitures or stick wall decorations without informing us. 10.CLEAN AS YOU GO. We provide trash bags but PLEASE bring a BIG trash/sack bag to collect all the garbges together and secure them properly. 11.Please BRING HOME with you ALL liquour bottles you brought in the property. ** The Owner reserves the right to kick out rude, rowdy and disruptive guests. ————— PET REMINDERS 🐶 We do love pets! But please observe the following: 1. pick after them. Please put diapers if necessary. 2. pets not allowed to swim at the pool. 3. pets are STRICTLY not allowed to sleep on beds. Please bring bet bed or cages. Guests with pets pee on mattresses will be BLOCKED and be given low rating** 4. ensure no furnitures will be damaged by our fur babies ❤️ —————— KITCHEN RULES 🍽️ 📌 Please allow the plates, glasses and kitchen utensils to DRY FIRST on our kitchen racks before storing them. 📌 Please use non-stick kitchen tools for our non-stick pans and casseroles. 📌 We appreciate if you would SEGREGATE the garbages. We have several trash bins in the area. 📌 We provided a trash bin for the BIODEGRADABLES. Please use them. We’ll take care of it after you leave.
