Guest access The apartment has independent access but is connected to the monumental complex of Palazzo Lupis, with its splendid historical library and the large master terrace more than 25 meters long, both accessible, upon request, for guests. Other things to note Grotteria is a medieval village with characteristic narrow streets and very narrow alleys, which are called "Gafi" here. The building is in the heart of the Historic Center. You can't get there with a normal car, and there is a short staircase of about a hundred meters to access it. Tranquility is guaranteed. We have two very small vehicles that pass through the narrow streets and reach the building. We use them to transport guests (if they are elderly or have difficulty walking) and, in any case, to carry suitcases upon arrival and departure. Not suitable for guests with walking difficulties.
