Outdoors, there is a large terrace and lawn with sea views as well as a smaller pool/hot tub, which provides extra opportunity for relaxation after a day by the sea or on an excursion. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the price for a worry-free stay. First floor: On the first floor are bedrooms 2 and 3, both with double beds, plenty of storage and their own double doors leading out to the common terrace. Adjacent is a large bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Further into the house there is a section that can be closed to create a separate part of the accommodation – perfect for several families or larger groups. There is a fourth bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room with direct access to the terrace. The bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed (lower bed 140 cm) and a day bed that can be made into a double bed. Next to it is a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The living room has a fully-equipped kitchen that can also be used as a practical outdoor kitchen thanks to the direct access to the terrace. Second floor: On the second floor, you will find a large living room and open-plan kitchen. There is a dining table with room for eight people, with the possibility to expand the seating if necessary. The kitchen is directly adjacent to the dining area and creates a social and cozy gathering point. The spacious balcony is under the roof and offers a fantastic sea view – perfect for both sunny days and cool evenings. At the far end of the floor is the master bedroom with its own private bathroom equipped with toilet, sink and shower. Outdoors & surrounding area: Outside the house there is a large terrace and lawn with sea view, charcoal grill. Here, you can also enjoy the house's smaller pool/hot tub. The pool is a hot tub that can be used both in winter and summer. We will decide together before your stay the desired temperature. The pool is 2.2 x 3.2 meters and the depth is 1 meter. Behind the house, a beautiful path leads down to the nearest swimming area with a jetty. The same path continues to a beach and an idyllic walk along the water. For those who like hiking, the Coastal Trail starts just behind the house and stretches across Orust. The public swimming area in Svanesund and a large playground are about 2 km away. By car, you can quickly reach the grocery store, pizzeria, outdoor gym and several child-friendly activities. Parking is available for several cars directly outside the house.
