The Upstairs Studio (in Tarrega center)

Old attic renovated and converted into a cozy, modern and centrally located private studio; a unique space that preserves and recovers structures as old as the wooden beams and part of the exposed brick wall as decorative elements, giving it a rustic yet modern touch. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, and families of up to 4 people. The space The space is located in the upper part of the building, a third floor only accessible by stairs. It has a private bathroom, living room with Smart TV, microwave, mini fridge and utensils. There is a double bed and a 1 single bed will be added for the reservations of 3 people and for the reservations of 2 people which prefer two separated beds. Reservations of 4 people will have a double bed and an additional room/bedroom in the same studio with 2 single beds. Other things to note Services: - Breakfast (7 euros/person). Request it before check in. - 24 hours reception. - Wi-Fi Internet. - Dining room / living room with Smart TV. - Microwave, small fridge and utensils. - Private Spa on the ground floor. Early check-in and late check-out upon request, availability and supplement. - Access by stairs (3rd floor). - There is no terrace or balcony. - Security camera at the entrance, main door of the building and access stairs and common use of the building. It is on during the stay. - Upon arrival you must pay the corresponding tourist tax. - The identity of the guests will be checked upon arrival and they must show their Identity Card or Passport. - Only people who have booked can be in the studio. - No smoking. - Pets are not allowed. - Parties are not allowed. - Respect the night schedule.
