The space Enjoy this charming, modern 2 bed 1 bath house located near downtown Nashville. Enjoy complimentary coffee in the comfortable living room while watching your favorite shows via ROKU or in the large fenced in back yard under the shady trees. Complimentary WIFI is available during your stay. The house is furnished with some hand made furniture pieces as well as fun items we have collected while touring the country playing music. We love Nashville, and take pride in leaving information sheets about our favorite restaurants, bars, as well as fun things to do and see while in town. We are also available for questions or recommendations at any time during or before your stay. All pets must be pet approved and there is a pet fee based on the number of pets and number of nights. You will have the entire home. It is located in a quiet, safe, neighborhood with a large fenced in backyard, 2 full sized beds with memory foam mattresses, one queen bed, and a large L shaped couch. This space is perfect for a couples getaway, a girls weekend, family vacations, work trips, bachelorette/bachelor trips, ect. Guest access You will have access to the entire space including the fenced in back yard. This is a full property listing. No one else will be on or in the property except you during your stay. There is enough space in the driveway to park 4 cars. There is addition street parking if needed. All parking is free. Other things to note This home has recently been refinished. The pipes throughout the home are new as of 2022. The light fixtures are new as of 2025. We update the furniture in the home every couple of years to make sure that the home does not get run down. While the home is not directly downtown, it is as close as a quite safe neighborhood can get you. The noise rules for all Nashville neighborhoods states that all noise must be kept to a minimum between the hours of 10PM and 7AM. At the moment, if you would like to use the sofa bed you will need to reach out in advance so we can let our cleaning team know to leave extra sheets and comforters for it.
