Welcome to our penthouse in the heart of Lower Saxony! Our charming penthouse apartment is located in the middle of Lower Saxony, between Harz and Heide, in the center of the Burgwedel district of Wettmar. Approximately 85 m² of living space and an additional 36 m² roof terrace with hot tub are available for your exclusive use throughout the stay. The space The house was built in 2022 according to the latest standards barrier-free and with an elevator. It is one of the highest buildings in the village, so all rooms and the terrace of the light-flooded apartment on the top floor offer charming views of the village, the surroundings and the adjacent forests. This apartment is designed for 4 people, but is also suitable for 6 people due to the sofa bed in the living room and the large outdoor area with seating. The two bedrooms each have a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), a spacious wardrobe, and a 32-inch TV with Netflix access. Rocking chair or armchair, large mirrors, attractive modern decoration and electric blinds for darkening provide comfort and relaxation. Bedding is of course provided free of charge. Two more sleeping places are offered by the sofa bed in the living area. In the modern bathroom (9 m²) there is a large open and walk-in shower and plenty of storage space for all the little things you need in the bathroom. In the cozy, stylishly decorated living area, a large sofa invites you to relax and the 65-inch TV with sound system and Netflix access promises the best entertainment. The large glass front to the terrace can be opened in the middle and makes not only sunsets, but also North German “bad weather” an experience. The fully equipped open kitchen in the living area offers space for cooking together or relaxing at the kitchen island with wine or cocktails. A coffee maker, dishwasher, induction stove, oven and microwave are available, as well as a free-standing fridge/freezer. The stunning west-facing roof terrace offers a large dining table for 6, a chill lounge and a heated temperature-adjustable hot tub. Sunsets and starry skies become unique experiences in the hot tub. A washer and dryer are available in the storage room. In all rooms there is very fast Wi-Fi access and LAN connections are also available in every room. The entire apartment has floor heating, so you don't have to worry about cold feet even in winter. Other things to note This place can be booked for 2 nights or more. Check-in is possible after 3 pm, check-out is until 10 am. On request, different dates can also be safely arranged. The penthouse is accessible 24/7 and there is a contact person on site for emergencies. A parking space reserved for you is located on the property near the entrance. The entire house is barrier-free and therefore also easily usable for people with walking difficulties and wheelchair users. You can easily reach our penthouse apartment by elevator or by the bright staircase. Baby travel cribs (maximum two) or bicycles (with prior arrangement) can be provided on request. We are also happy to respond to other needs - just ask us. No pets and no smoking are allowed in this AirBnB. For the latter, the building must be exited through the main entrance. No smoking on the terrace.
