Welcome to your home away from home! This beautiful oceanfront condo in Isabela is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the warm weather, or explore all that Isabela has to offer. The condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and it's just steps from the beach. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit. Some of the amenities include: Private pool (shared with other guests in the condo) High-speed internet Washer and dryer Multiple parking spaces Generator in the shared area Tennis court Play area for kids Gym Basketball court Shutters in case of emergency Roborock for vacuuming and mopping Safety first: Please supervise children at all times, especially in the pool and balcony areas. Respect the space: This is a shared condominium complex, so please be mindful of your neighbors and keep noise levels down, especially during quiet hours. Eco-friendly: We strive to maintain an eco-friendly environment. Please help us by being mindful of your water and electricity usage. Turn off lights, AC, and electronic devices when not in use. Accessibility: Our condo is equipped with modern amenities. If you have any specific accessibility needs or questions, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate. Custom services: We offer a variety of custom services, such as daily housekeeping, in-condo chef services, babysitting, and more. These services can be arranged for an additional fee. The condo is located in a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk from the beach and close to downtown Isabela. It's also close to restaurants, and bars. The airport is just a 20-minute drive away. Visit the Guajataca State Forest: This beautiful forest is home to a variety of hiking trails, as well as a cave system and a waterfall. Explore the Jobos Beach Tunnel: This abandoned train tunnel is now a popular spot for swimming, surfing, and snorkeling. Bike ride along the Tablado de Isabela boardwalk: This 6-mile paved path is perfect for a leisurely bike ride or walk. It runs along the coast, offering stunning views of the ocean and the Isabela Lighthouse. The Camuy Cave Park: This cave system is one of the largest in the world. It features a variety of stalactites and stalagmites, as well as underground rivers. Hike to the La Cara del Indio rock formation: This challenging hike takes you to a 100-foot-tall rock formation that resembles a face. The views from the top are amazing. POOL WAIVER: Before you proceed, please understand and acknowledge the following pool terms: 1. The property houses a pool that can pose risks to guests. 2. No fencing surrounds the pool. 3. Risks such as drowning, slips, falls, and others exist. 4. The ocean presents risks, including currents, waves, and more. 5. No diving – the pool is shallow. 6. Quiet hours in the pool area start at 9 p.m. 7. Guests should not enter the building wet. 8. A shower is required before pool entry. 9. No lifeguard is on duty. To confirm your understanding of our guidelines and the pool waiver, please send us a message stating, "I ACKNOWLEDGE THE POOL WAIVER." This will serve as your electronic signature.
