Blackwater River, or Pensacola Bay, is 15 minutes away, and the beautiful white sandy beaches of Pensacola are within 45 minutes. The newly renovated Benny Russell park with splash pad, trails fitness Funzone court and sports field is five minutes away. There is also a bowling alley just a few minutes away. Stay in the most desired neighborhood in Pace, Fl. Pets must be preapproved before booking. 2 per limit. As per Airbnb policy, there is not to be any other guest other than those listed on the booking - unless this is approved ahead of time. You will be charged a $10 per person/per day fee for any unauthorized people at the property. Guest access We have self check in and self check out. As a guest you have access to the whole house and attached 2 car garage. The detached garage is locked and not accessible. Other things to note Covered front porch with rocking chairs and bench makes a nice outdoor space for relaxing. The enclosed back porch (sunroom) with a view of the woods and the yard is also a relaxing spot. Also included on the back porch is a workstation with two monitors and a comfortable office chair looking out into the backyard and woods. We do allow certain pets that must be approved before booking. Limit 2 pets
