The ground floor offers covered, paved parking and an outdoor shower. Upstairs, enjoy your meal with a view around the dining table, then kick back in the living room with its large flat screen TV, two recliners, and reclining leather sofa. The kitchen, a full bath with shower/tub combo, and a laundry closet complete the common spaces. Bedroom 1 features a bunk set and TV, Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed and TV, and the master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, full bath with shower, and a great gulf view deck on the back, ideal for morning coffee or reading a book.
