It consists of a living room, kitchenette with refrigerator, stove, washing machine; a bathroom with a shower; a sleeping area on the mezzanine with a skylight, a double bed, a wardrobe and a cold-heart air conditioner. There are carbon monoxide alarms, smoke, gas and the fire extinguisher in compliance. The accommodation has a water reserve if there is no water and wifi connection. Guest access The apartment is on the second floor without an elevator, it is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. To access the apartment, there are two easy flights of stairs with handrails. To access the mezzanine there is a staircase of 12 steps with a railing. Guests have the whole apartment to themselves. Other things to note The historic center is a ZTL (limited traffic zone); access by car is only allowed from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. for unloading luggage.
