Main residence that we are renovating little by little and that we rent during our holidays. We are in a quiet family subdivision with friendly neighbors. Please respect our environment and take care of our house as you would your own. We are close to Intermarché and 5 min from the village center with local shops (bakery, greengrocer, cheese maker, restaurant). The beaches are 20 min by car, the train station takes you to Montpellier in 8 min The space Well-equipped house, bright, warm space. We have a large bedroom with a dressing room on the ground floor and two bedrooms with double beds upstairs. Air conditioning located upstairs to cool the rooms in summer. Insulation redone. Children will be delighted with our attic furnished with its many games, board games and books that we leave at your disposal. The mezzanine and part of the garage remain closed to store our belongings. Towels, linens and basic amenities are provided. The cleaning fee is not included, please leave the house as clean as when you arrived. Housekeeping service possible on request. Guest access Easy access from the highway. Parking is available in front of the house. Other things to note We prefer one-week stays from Saturday to Saturday, but we will consider all proposals. For sensitive ears, the accommodation is located close to the N113. The windows are equipped with double glazing.
