It's mere minutes from Short's Brewery, Shanty Creek Resorts, Bellaire Lake and Torch Lake. The large, open great room is perfect for family gatherings. A second kitchen, living room and dining room downstairs, plus a den off the main living area provide lots of space for privacy, even for multiple families. You'll love the open, airy feel and rustic decor throughout. Lots of knotty pine and hardwood floors. The expansive deck with several tables and chairs provides plenty of room for outdoor entertaining. A large, stainless steel propane grill is available for grilling. Enjoy the beauty of the night sky while you gather around the fire pit for conversation and S'mores! We provide the firewood, roasting sticks, and several camp chairs, you bring the food and laughter. And speaking of laughter, you can be as loud as you want, since there are no neighbors to disturb. Glacial Hills trails are literally right out the back door; no commute required to experience this fabulous trail system. **IMPORTANT** For winter rental, 4WD or AWD vehicles are REQUIRED to access the house! The driveway is no joke! It's long and steep, but there's a parking area about halfway in where you can park two-wheel-drive vehicles if some of your group aren't cool enough to have SUVs, haha. Security: Please be aware there is a doorbell camera attached to the garage that has view of the driveway and is motion activated. Feel free to say hello when you arrive and good bye when you leave!
