This bright and cheery first floor studio apartment, located in the iconic Exhibition Mews Building, offers everything needed for a short or long stay on the doorstep of Melbourne's CBD. The open plan layout provides a couple's luxury queen bed, a tucked-away fully equipped kitchenette and spacious change area with fully tiled bathroom and walk-in shower. A short walk takes you to Melbourne's diverse and multi-cultural locations - Lygon Street or trendy Gertrude or Brunswick streets The space Inside this compact space you will sleep in a brand new queen size bed with a Koala mattress & bamboo pillow topper to ensure a great night's sleep. A fully equipped kitchenette (discretely tucked away behind bi-fold doors) has everything you could want if you choose to have a night in. Amenities include a microwave oven, electric cooktop, bar fridge large enough to accommodate full sized wine bottles, toaster and kettle, Delonghi pod coffee machine with milk frother and all the knives and utensils you could want. The facility offers on in-house gym and full security system. On site parking is not available, but there may be restricted on-road car parking. As the apartment is located almost within the CBD, this is always subject to availability. There are also a number of public car parks within the area. Guest access As well as access to the gym, there is also a full coin operated laundry on the second level. Garbage and recycling skips are located on the ground floor, for guests, through the car park.
