Sleeping Arrangements • 2 downstairs king bedrooms, each with private baths • 2 upstairs king bedrooms with a Jack & Jill bath • A spacious sleeping loft with 2 queen beds + a pull-out sofa Kitchen & Dining A fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to cook nearly any meal, with both an Oklahoma Joe smoker/charcoal grill and a gas grill outside. The dining table seats 10, with room for 5 more at the island. The Game Room (the heart of the home!) This giant space features: • A kitchenette with full-size fridge, microwave & sink • A 100” tv movie area with sleeper futons + recliner • Fun for all: pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard, 3 arcade games, cornhole, putting game, and tons of cards & board games The game room is separated from the main cabin by a covered outdoor living & dining area with a stone fireplace—a dreamy spot to gather in the evenings. The Property Nestled on 10 private acres with a seasonal creek, The Reserve backs directly up to the Bear Creek ATV trails. Plus, it’s just 1 mile from Kirby Landing Marina & boat dock—making it the perfect home base for lake vacations. There’s plenty of space for boats and trailers too. Pet Policy We’re happy to welcome dogs with a $250 pet fee. To help us keep the space fresh for all guests, we kindly ask that dogs stay off the beds. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 charge.
