Anthony and Jessica welcome you to a charming house (entire accommodation) for 4 to 6 people, with terrace, 2 bedrooms, 1 sofa bed, fully equipped, all comforts that will offer a relaxing stay for the whole family. Close to all shops on foot. Close to La Palmyre and its famous zoo (15 km), Royan (10 km), Mornac sur Seudre (5 km), beaches and forests. Cycling trails that run along the coastline. Our four-legged friends are welcome. The space The entrance to the accommodation overlooks the dining room as well as the living room, in the extension you will find the toilet, the equipped kitchen as well as access to the private terrace. Upstairs you will find the bathroom with toilet, the first bedroom with double bed in which we have just installed an electric velux with roller blind for more comfort. The second bedroom we call the master bedroom with a king-size bed. Guest access Access is autonomous with a lockbox. This leaves you more free to choose your arrival time. Other things to note Our four-legged friends are welcome in our home, however we ask that you do not let your pet on the sofa or bed. Hygiene and comfort are essential for all our guests
