The space This ancient property is within the walls of Spello. It is suitable for who enjoy town activities, but prefer a quiet, scenic sanctuary within the historic central walls. It is a bucolic setting with views of the mountains, Chiona Valley, gardens and ancient buildings but just a few streets away from the main Piazza in town. The property is accessed through a small Roman arch, and then a private entrance. The floor offers rustic exposed wooden beams and stone walls, both in the exterior and interior. Furnished with antique and local furniture, the living room has chairs, coffee table and a comfortable full sofa bed. The exterior offers a terrace with custom volcanic table, seats for 4, and an exquisite view. Rustic bedroom nook with scenic windows, comfortable queen bed. The kitchenette is in the bedroom area, next to the bed, as seen in the photos. Breakfast kitchenette offers a cozy spot to heat up food and make coffee and tea. It has a microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker and full size refrigerator/freezer. PLEASE NOTE: There is no cooker or oven available. Meals on a tray provided by arrangement. Cocktail kit available upon request at no fee. Bright bathroom with bidet, toilet, small shower and stool for comfort. Wi-Fi is very fast (92.4), reliable, and can handle multiple devices streaming HD videos, video conferencing, etc at the same time. Air conditioning, floor fans and heat are available for comfort. Bed linens and towels can be changed on a weekly basis. Pets are welcome with no fee and elevated food water bowls offered but reimbursement is expected in case of an incident. Please cover sofa and beds with blankets provided in wooden chest before allowing pets on furniture. Poo bags available – please use them. Animals must not be left unattended. Experienced pets sitting services available. Sounds of the neighborhood: Birds and animals, neighbor activity such as chatting and gardening. Some gardening equipment sounds may be heard in the mornings. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment except for the elevator, closet and top part of cupboard.
