Downstairs are 2 additional main suites (one main bathroom has access from the hall), a bunk bedroom, and a family room. The family room has a TV, games, and access to the brand new hot tub and propane BBQ. A portable crib and portable highchair are in the home for families with small children. Eight adult bikes are available for cruising the Sunriver bike paths. Covered and uncovered balconies and decks surround this home for fantastic indoor/outdoor living. The Aquatic and Fitness Center, also known as SHARC, features an indoor and outdoor pool, lazy river, water slides, sledding hills (varying grades) and more. The home includes "Unlimited-use" SHARC passes for 12 guests. The passes give access to the SHARC (indoor and outdoor pools), Sunriver Owners Tennis Courts and the new Sunriver Owners Marina.
