Jean’s Place, A Hot tub Oasis!

Hot tub Oasis! Located in the heart of Lewisporte NL, near the Marina; a great place to launch your boat and enjoy the views of the harbor. The house has 3 bedrooms with an outside seating area around the firepit next to the hot tub. A relaxing space to unwind and enjoy the activities in the area. Jean's Place is a wonderful place to stay when the kids are involved in local sports and even if you are just looking for a getaway. Avoid disappointment, book your stay today! The space The renovated home has a full Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, Master bedroom and bathroom on the main floor. If you do not want to climb stairs you wont have to if you are staying in the master bedroom. Access to the Hot Tub Area and patio is through the front door off from the living room. The 2 other Bedrooms are upstairs. We recently installed a heat pump on the main level of the house. This is not a shared property. Guest access The main floor of the house is available upon booking for a minimum of 1 guest. You will have full access to the Kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, main bedroom, front porch and patio with propane firepit, Bbq and hot tub. If you book for 2 or 3 bedrooms we will give you the access codes to the rooms upstairs. You must let us know the number of rooms required and it must be included in your booking. Other things to note We are open to pets however we would like to know what they are in advance and they must be listed in the booking with a maximum of 2. You must clean up after your pets inside and outside. Extra fees will be applied if any damage to the Hot Tub or to the property. We expect all staying guests to be accounted for upon booking. 'Please do not book for just 2 people if more than 2 will be staying', this is very important as this is also for safety reasons and insurance coverage. There are no 'guests of guests' allowed. Absolutely No smoking, vaping, or any kind of drugs on this property, we have a designated smoking area. This is not a ‘shared space’ property, only your group will be on the property.
