Sunset Memories is a peaceful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium located in the highly sought after Windsor Palms Resort! Located just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World, this third-floor unit has a full kitchen, living room, laundry area, and a balcony that features breath-taking views of the resort! Guests have free access to Windsor Palms many amenities, such as the community pool, tennis court, arcade, clubhouse, movie theatre and more! Come and relax with your family at Sunset Memories! The space When you first walk into the unit, you are greeted by a small hallway where on the righthand side is the laundry area. Inside the laundry area are a washer and dryer that are free for guests to use. Laundry pods are provided to guests for their stay. Above the laundry machines are some pool towels. Guests can use these pool towels when going to visit the resort's community pool, however guests must bring them back to the unit. Straight ahead is the kitchen. This kitchen has a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, sink, and a refrigerator. There are plenty of kitchen amenities that are available for guests, including pots, pans, hand mixer, measuring cups and spoons, silverware, cookware, plates, bowls, baking sheets, cupcake tins, juicers, a blender, wine glasses, and more! There is a single-cup Keurig coffee maker, and coffee pods are provided for your stay. There are also oven mitts and trivets for the table (trivets are used so hot pots and pans do not burn or mark the dining table). The living room is inviting and spacious! There is one couch and one loveseat, a coffee table, two end tables, two table lamps, a TV console, and a TV. On the TV console you can find our guest binder. The living room has a patio door that leads out to the unit's balcony. The first bedroom is the Master bedroom. This large room has a king bed, two nightstands, a dresser, and an armoire that contains the bedroom's TV. This room also has an en suite bathroom. The Master bathroom has a sink and vanity, a toilet, and a bathtub/shower combo. Towels are provided for the guests, and the tub has a shampoo dispenser, a conditioner dispenser, and a body wash dispenser. There is also liquid hand soap in this bathroom for guests. In the master bedroom closet , there are baby items which include a stroller, a pack-n-play, and baby sheets. A highchair is located in the kitchen pantry. Located by the living area is the unit's dining set. This table can seat a total of 6 guests, and it's perfect for a family meal! Down the hall are the remaining two bedrooms and one bathroom. The first bedroom down the hallway is the kids' room. This room is Star Wars themed! Young Padawans will love the adorable Star Wars decorations, wall hangings, themed curtains, and bedding! This room has two twin beds, a nightstand, a lamp, and a dresser. On top of the dresser is the TV. Directly across from the kids' room is the first entrance to the Jack-and-Jill bathroom. This bathroom has a massive sink and vanity, a toilet, and a bathtub/shower combo. The toilet and bathtub have their own separate sliding door so guests can have privacy if someone decides to use the sink at the same time. The bathtub also has a shampoo dispenser, a conditioner dispenser, and a body wash dispenser. The last bedroom is the secondary Master bedroom. This room has a queen bed, a nightstand, a lamp, a dresser, and an armoire that contains the bedroom's TV. The closet in this room is the owner's closet and is not able to be accessed by guests. The secondary Master bedroom also has the second entrance to the Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The unit's balcony is what gives this condominium the name "Sunset Memories". The balcony faces the back of the resort, so all you see is the walking path and the massive nature reserve. The sunsets when viewed from this balcony are breath-taking! The sunrises are also something to behold too! If you're lucky, you may find some hot-air balloons flying by on select weekends early in the morning! The balcony is screened-in and has a couple of patio chairs and a small side table, perfect for enjoying that first cup of coffee in the morning! Guest access There are a couple of closets in the unit that have labels which read, "Owner's Closet." Guests do not have access to these closets as they are for the owner's use. This home is located in the highly sought after Windsor Palms Resort, located right off of Formosa Gardens Boulevard. Windsor Palms has several amenities, all of which are available for guests. All of these amenities are a short walk away from the house. Most all of these resort amenities are free. These include: * A tennis court * A basketball court * A playground * A community pool with a kid's splash pad area, and hot tub * A 57 seat movie theatre * An arcade and game room * A sundry shop with essentials and select food items * The Tiki Bar located by the pool area * A gym and fitness room * A picnic/BBQ area And so much more! The resort has a security gate and guards present 24/7. With so much nearby, it's no wonder why so many families choose to stay in the Windsor Palms Resort! Other things to note Every guest is to follow the checkout procedure that is implemented in the house. Failure to follow the checkout list and the house rules results in losing the $400 security deposit. This is the checkout list: 1. Bag up ALL the garbage in the house, including the bathroom waste cans, and set it in the trashcan(s) outside. 2. Strip all the sheets, comforters, and pillowcases off all the beds THAT WERE USED DURING YOUR STAY and start the first load of towels. Please leave the mattress protectors on the beds unless they have been soiled. 3. Load the dishwasher and start it with all the dirty dishes used. Mid-Dakota Handyman and Cleaning have thoroughly studied and utilized Airbnb's five-step enhanced cleaning process to help you and your family feel comfortable while staying with us. All of the bedding in the house that's used, including the comforters and quilts, are all washed and sanitized before the next guests come in. High contact areas such as remotes, light switches, door knobs, kitchen appliances, etc. are all cleaned and sanitized using products recommended by experts. The bathrooms are meticulously cleaned and disinfected, and the toilets are even given a sanitization seal across the seat. Our cleaners wear masks when they go in to clean the home, and wear the proper protective gear required of them. The home is also sprayed down with a disinfectant spray multiple times throughout the cleaning and sanitizing process, while also airing the house out as much as possible by opening windows and doors.
