Our guests are mostly long-term. They are travelers, business workers or students. No children! No pet! No party! A quiet& safe place here. You can enjoy the kitchen, family room, backyard, and other sharing spaces. We will provide 24 hours hot water, Wi-Fi, basic daily necessities, and camera monitoring. There is automatic control of air-conditioning to keep the house comfortable. We have professional cleaners to clean and disinfect all public areas of the house to keep the house fresh monthly. The space This single house is grater than 3,300 square feet. There are 5 private bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms. Each bedroom has their own bathroom. Very quiet community. 1 big family room, 1 formal dining room, and 1 full function kitchen. sharing with in house guests. We have professional janitors who clean common areas in the house as needed. We have microwave, coffee maker, toaster, oven, stove and fridges. There are cooking ware and tableware in the cabinets and drawers. The clothes washer and dryer (downstairs) are free to use for guests with conditions ( please see details in laundry room). There are 2 units of AC central air. Free WiFi in entire house is also provided. Filtered Drinking water is provided in the kitchen and fridge. There are security cameras working for your safety at common areas in the house. It is Free Street Parking in our community as long as you don’t block neighbor’s driver way. Thank you so much. Guest access The kitchen, family room, dining room, front and back yards can be used. During your stay You can text us in the Airbnb app when you need help. Other things to note To prevent financial fraud and the misuse of this address for falsifying government documents, this property’s mailbox does not accept any mail related to banks or government agencies. Prior to check-in, all guests are required to upload the following in the Airbnb message thread with the host: 1. A valid government-issued photo ID with photo, and 2. A photo of the vehicle that will be used during the stay. This information is required to verify that the person checking in matches the registered reservation details and guest identity.
