Self-check-in is available from 2:00 PM. Self-check-out is available by 10:00 AM. Requirements: ONLINE payment of the tourist tax (€3.50 per night per person) and ONLINE check-in. The apartment is located in a ZTL area, but there is a public paid parking 7-minute walk away (called "Arsenale Saba") that costs €21 per day. Other things to note Self check in from 2.00pm onwards and check out by 10am. For organizational reasons, requests for early check-in or late check-out will NEVER be accepted, nor will requests for early or late luggage storage be accepted: in Verona there are many luggage storage facilities. Online check-in required: since it is not possible to welcome guests in person in this apartment, a link will be sent to you from the "Vikey" platform (which is a professional platform directly connected to the Municipality and the Police Headquarters of Verona) 3 days before and 1 day before your arrival , where you must attach identity card or passport and selfies of the people present in the apartment, as per the Italian law on tourist rentals. The system sends the attachments to the Police Headquarters and the Municipality of Verona, after which it immediately deletes them from its database to protect the privacy law.
