The group will have easy access to everything they need in this place with an excellent location in Osasco, accommodates up to 10 people, a well-ventilated place in front of a walking park. We are close to markets, train station, malls, shopping center, access to the waterfront and highways. Note: We do not have parking spaces for vehicles or motorcycles. We don't have a garage! We use parking spaces in front of the ecological park that is in front of the property, or on the street above the entrance gate. Other things to note For long stays (over 15 days), we charge an extra cleaning fee to change bed/bath linens and clean the accommodation, in addition to preserving the bed/bath linens, there is no accumulation of dirt on the bathroom tiles and box and grease on the kitchen tiles. This cleaning is mandatory and is intended to inspect the accommodation as well as preserve the items contained therein. It is arranged with the guest, and the amount can be charged by the platform or paid directly to the host.
