A luxurious queen-sized bed, two large twin sized, extra-long private bunks, private shower, fast Wi-fi, private thermostat for central A/C and heat, private parking, external lock, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker complete this immaculate room. Guest common area contains added amenities such as a dining area, cook top stove, convection oven, air fryer, crockpot etc. The room is on the less traveled route from Sunriver allowing you to sleep in a little longer before you journey to hit the slopes. Enjoy the hot tub, relax in front of the fire pit, play board games, watch DVD movies or just chill with a good book when you settle in for the night. The backyard with the woods, river and fire pit is inviting and roomy with plenty of nature sightings. In the summer, a floating dock provides access to the beautiful Deschutes River. Bring your SUP, kayak, tube or use ours and enjoy! The space is on the second floor with additional steps to the bunks. Guests with mobility issues may want to check out 1 of the 2 suites on the first floor with private entrances. Larger groups can rent 2 or all 3 of the units for a comfortable stay. Guest access You will have full access to the common areas (which may be shared with 2 other guest units) including deck, dock, yard, river, plus 100 acres of beautiful National Forest land paths neighboring the property. We have tried to think of everything you might need to make your vacation memorable. From an equipped kitchen to games, dvds, wood for the fire pit, we've got you covered! If there is anything we have forgotten, we are only a phone call away to help you get what you need. During your stay Your hosts, Adrian and Darcey are on site property owners and readily available if you need anything, have any questions or just want adventure ideas. Your hosts would love to greet you and show you around. Other things to note The property is drug and smoke free. During the day you may hear us or other guests, but a white noise machine is available in your room to minimize external noises. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am. Pets are welcome on the property and may be present during your stay. Our cleaners are very thorough and do their best to remove all pet hair but please do not rent this space if you have pet allergies.
