Lewiston is a great base for lots of outdoor activities. Located at the confluence of The Snake an Clearwater Rivers, 45 minute to U of I and WSU, 10 minute walk to LCSC. This spacious 2 large bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is simple and comfortable. Ground floor entrance for easy access, full kitchen, comfortable open floor plan. Keyless entry for your convenience. Plenty of room to park your and your buddy's boats. Great view of the mountains from patio. No smoking inside. The space The two bedroom are fitted with queen beds, there is a bath fully furnished and large livingroom. It is located in a quite area of town with easy access to everything in the LC valley. 35 minutes to WSU and U of I. My duplex was built in 1976 this apartment has been well loved. The furnishing are comfortable and simple. I have intentionally kept it sparse in decor. This is a comfortable space with lots of room at a very affordable place. I hope you will enjoy your stay. There are quilts in the beds most the time. This is to honor my mom, who lived here for 12 years and was a quilter. The quilts used were her quilts, just not quilts made by her, as I have passed most of them on to her other children and grandchildren. I too am a quilter and love helping others learn how to quilt. Feel free to use the yard, while it isn't fully fenced it is private so the kids can run around. Guest access There is a full kitchen with microwave and coffee maker. Laundry is in the apartment. WiFi is fast and easy to access. There is plenty of room for parking boats or multiple cars. Patio has outside 2 chairs and a table, and is an enjoyable spaces. Other things to note The apartment is ground level in a duplex. The upstairs is occupied full-time by a quite neighborhood. However as typical in older home noise transfers so you might occasionally hear some walking around or a cabinet shut. Neighbor can also hear noise transfer up please be courteous in keeping things quiter between 10-7.
