The main bedroom includes a king sized bed, walk in closet, a clothes dresser, and attached full bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen sized bed and closet. The third bedroom includes a queen sized bed, a closet, and a desk. The home is located along a main street in the downtown area, but additional parking is available along the side of the house for easy access along with the driveway. Only a 10-15 minute walk (0.3-0.5mi) to the heart of Downtown New Port Richey! Guest access You will have access to all main rooms in the home and yard, which is fully fenced with a privacy fence. The gate to the fence is locked, but you have easy access to the yard from the house/back patio. The areas of the home which are NOT accessible are: overhead garage door access, exterior storage shed.
