Stay in a charming 1947 bungalow on a quiet street one mile off I-65. Convenient to downtown Greenville and the acclaimed Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail At Cambrian Ridge, the house retains its vintage charm. It's decorated with new furniture and new appliances, and offers plenty of space to spread out. Looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay in the area? We are family-friendly, and provide excellent value with warm hospitality. The space Enclosed Porch Enter through the side-door into the enclosed porch. It serves as a welcoming place to unload and load luggage or grab a cup of coffee in the morning. Dedicated TV Room The house originally had three bedrooms, but we've converted one to a TV room to give guest plenty of space to relax. Close the doors and enjoy your favorite movie on cable, Netflix, or Hulu while others work at the desk or take a nap. Dining Room The dining room seats up to six, and the kitchen stocks enough dishes, glasses, and cutlery to serve everyone. We've stock the coffee bar with complimentary K-cups to get your first morning off to a good start. Kitchen The vintage kitchen with its original cabinets is fully supplied with all the tools you need to cook a full meal including a rice cooker, waffle iron, electric grill, mixer, and a blender. The gas range and refrigerator are new. And we've provided the basics like spices, salt, pepper, and oil. Laundry A new washer and dryer are available for your use. Detergent is provided. Guest access Guests have full use of the house and the yard. The free-standing garage is off-limits. Other things to note The house is on a quiet residential street and we do not want to annoy our neighbors. PLEASE NOTE: No more than 4 guests are allowed on the property after 10pm, and no more than 6 guests may be on the property at any time without our prior express permission.
