The space The backyard and pool area also features a covered patio with a ceiling fan to stay cool, and a new outdoor lounge couch and fire pit that can be closed off to be a table. The spacious three-bedroom, two-bath house sleeps eight people comfortably in beds, one being a rollaway bed in the master bedroom closet. Another guest can fit on the couch if needed for a total of nine and is perfect for family trips or group getaways. It has a sizeable master bedroom with a king bed, its own Smart TV, a large walk-in closet, and an ensuite master bathroom. There is a bedroom with a queen bed, and a bedroom with a twin bed AND twin over twin bunk bed for the kids, along with kids' games and toys. We also provide a high chair and pack-and-play crib to make the place extra family-friendly. The inside of the house is spacious with an open living layout and features comfy furniture and thoughtful touches of décor. Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans, and plates. Need more space? Ask us about booking the whole place (sleeps 13) if you have a larger group! There is a detached casita in the back that is a separate listing. Enjoy the perfect blend of style, comfort, and location—ideal for weekend getaways, extended stays, or remote work. Guest access Splash House guests should park on the LEFT side of the driveway, which fits two vehicles. Additional parking is available on the grass beside the driveway or along Michigan Avenue. Once inside, guests can access the garage for parking or extra storage. Enter the home by walking past the garage to the front door, where a smart lock allows for easy self-check-in. Other things to note The Splash House is a two-listing property with a shared backyard and pool, so you may see guests from the other unit. Each space has a private entrance and unique access code to ensure your security. If full privacy is a priority, please keep this in mind. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, depending on our cleaning schedule. All guests are required to complete third-party screening and sign a rental agreement for safety and policy compliance. Feel free to request the agreement before booking.
