The house is in Porto Rafti, 700 metres away from the seaside. On the roof garden you can enjoy the sunrise and the sunset over the hills of Attica. In a ten minute distance you meet the small harbor, or the seaside, where you can enjoy your drink, or a seafood meal and of course swim in the clear, blue sea! 15 min. from Athens Airport. The Acropolis of Athens is 40 min away as well as Sounion with its Poseidon Temple . The space The maisonette consists of two levels with 4 bedrooms , a private garden , parking space for one car and a nice roof garden where you can relax under the Greek sky. On the ground floor there is an open space kitchen and living room with a smart TV and a nice veranda. In this level there is also a small WC and a bedroom with a bunk bed and a private shower. There are 3 bedrooms with double beds in the property and a bathroom with bathtub downstairs where you can go either with the elevator or by stairs.
