Home of the soul surfers and serenity seekers 🏡🌞🍃 The space ❣️PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING Our place is a 3 storey home with roof deck and can accommodate up to 8 guest. A fully air conditioned house 🏠 2 rooms with 3 occupant each on 2nd floor and living area with daybed good for 2 occupants . We only have one bathroom and shower has no heater. We equipped our home with water tank and pressure motor giving us a better water flow. We request guest to wash off sand at our back patio to prevent clogging in our bathroom. Power interruption might occur due to scheduled LUECO (La Union Electricity Provider ) maintenance which is beyond our control . Undeclared guests would be charged twice the price of additional guest charge per night. Other things to note For security reasons, we require all our guests to provide proof of identification such as valid IDs. Our property is protected by CCTV 24 hours surveillance video at the front and back door area.
