You will stay in the middle of Erfurt at the Nordpark, not far from Erfurt Cathedral Square and the old town. The space The apartment is equipped with stylish furniture, comfortable double bed, fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction stove, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, dishes and glasses), living area with seating area including sofa, dining/work area with large table and 4 armchairs, stylish bathroom with toilet, sink and bathtub (no shower), washing machine, large balcony with beautiful views of the park. Guest access Separate private entrance from the staircase of the house. Other things to note The city of Erfurt charges a 5% cultural promotion tax on the overnight price (€109/night). This is payable in cash upon arrival. Travel for business or professional reasons is exempt from this tax. Upon arrival, a security deposit of €120 must be left in cash. This will be refunded on the day of departure.
