This is a 9200-square-foot cabin, 5 minutes outside of Lava Hot Springs, Idaho. It includes 10 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. This house comfortably sleeps 40 people. We built this house for our family to use but we only go up a few times a year. This place is perfect for family reunions or large gatherings. It sleeps 40 people in beds but we do allow larger groups. There are plenty of couches or places to sleep. Let us know how many are in your party and we will let you know what we can do! You will not find a larger house in the area. You will need to bring your own plates, cups, and eating utensils. However, we do have cooking utensils, pots, pans, and griddles. Our great room is large enough to entertain 120+ people with a parking lot, tables and chairs to match. There is no better deal! Easy access all year around. Come enjoy the famous hot pools of Lava Hot Springs any time of the year or book a few summer nights and float the river, ride ATVs, or go to the world-famous swimming pool in town. Fish, hunt, relax and invite everyone you know to come with you! We are excited to have you stay with us!
