This apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Shadyside, OH. It is walking distance to the downtown area. You can easily be on OH-7 in minutes. Wheeling, WV is a short 10 minutes to the North. Kitchen has all the essentials. The first floor has a family room, dining room, and kitchen. The second floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom. One double bed and one futon. Please note the bathroom is off of one of the bedrooms (see floor plan.) Plenty of on-street parking. Guest access Guests have access to the whole apartment. This includes washer and dryer in the basement. Other things to note WiFi provided. OTA HDTV (ABC, CBS, etc) Kitchen has basic necessities (pans, dishes, glasses, utensils) Linens and towels provided.
