The space Air condition cozy studio, with free parking, relax outdoor by the garden and spectacular hill view of the ocean/oistins/sunsets as you walk across the road from apartment . Relaxed neighborhood, friendly passers-by while sitting outside. WIFI has great internet connections in door and outdoor. No smoking/vaping/e-cigrettes/weed inside the studio. A fine of $300.00 u.s/$600.00 bds will be applied. However, an ashtray is placed on the table with umbrella outdoor to accommodate. Note: ((this is the only area for smoking)). 》Inital items such as (1) toilet paper, hand liquid soap, (1) handpaper towel, (1) garbage bag in bin (guest can use supermarketbags in garbage bin), black pepper and salt would be in Studio. Guest(s) has to provide themselves with all inital items. (2) bath towels to a guest. For long term guest(s) we provide towels every week and bed sheets. **Guest(s) staying at the apartment for more than a week (7days up), cleaning is required at a cost of $60us/$120bds. We ask guest(s) to not leave on ***Aircondition when leaving the Premises or going outdoor. A fee of $25us will apply daily Guest access Guest(s) as access to their apartment front section and down the concrete strip, with the umbrellas. Guest(s) does not have access to other apartments on Premises. Guest(s) has an outdoor section which is shared with Host and other person from time to time. Laundromats located close(there is one situated by Surfers Cafe and another to the left of the Hardware store thats next to Massy Supermarket. Host will guide you accordingly when you are ready. Other things to note 1. Mini Salon on location opened 10am - 3pm Manicure...Pedicure... regular or gel polish..Facial...Swedish...Deep Tissue ...Hot stone Massage. One day advance appointment booking is required and prices quoted upon request. 2. Long Term Guest(s) over (7 or more days): requiring cleaning during stay at an extra rate of $60us/$120bds( weekly)(for cleaning once a week). Consist of sweeping and mopping floors, empty trash, clean patios, towel exchange, Clean stove, fridge, make bed etc. Short Term Guest(s) - (7 days stay: the same rate of $60us/$120bds can applied for your cleaning service once for the week). Preparation will be in place to ready the apartment before arrival and after checkout. Island Tours upon availability of vehicles. Price $$50.00us(1hr) ($100.00 bds)(minimum 3hrs)...Guest(s) can choose where on the Island they wish to go or driver can suggest place of interests (consists of stops for photo taking, bajan treats). 6. The Studio is within few mins walk to Oistins Area- (Supermarkets, Laundermats, Western Union, Taxi, Bus Stop to town, Beaches and much more). Its a (steep stairs walk). Taxi/Hire vehicle is also recommended to get around the Island/late night out goers. 7. Guest(s) can feel free to use the outside entertainment area to accommodate their guests or friends or family outdoor.
