The self-catering unit offers free Wi-Fi as well as a large smart TV with the full DStv package, Netflix and Showmax in the living room. In the main bedroom, you will have a flat screen TV where you can enjoy the full DStv package. Various books and games are provided in the living room. A solar panel unit powers all lights and most appliances. The unit consists of two floors. The two bedrooms, each featuring a ceiling fan and an en suite bathroom, are upstairs. Each bathroom offers a comfortable shower, basin and toilet. The main bathroom features a walk-in shower. Both the main bedroom and its en suite bathroom have access to a balcony via double doors. Security shutters in front of these doors offer privacy while still letting in as much light as you wish. In addition, the unit offers a guest toilet and basin downstairs. The fully equipped open plan kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, ice maker, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, egg boiler, etc. In addition to an electric oven and electric stove plates, we also offer four gas plates and a whistling kettle. Thanks to the four gas plates provided in the kitchen, guests are able to cook and make coffee during load shedding. Rechargeable bulbs are also provided in each room. There is a washing line outside as well as a foldaway clothes drying rack which can be used indoors. The dining table with its comfortable chairs links the kitchen to the sitting room/TV room. This spacious table also offers the ideal work space for computer or school work. A dedicated work space is also provided in each bedroom. Stacking doors enable you to open up the sitting/dining area completely for a unique indoor/outdoor experience. From here, you walk out onto a large swimming pool and a lovely table under the tree. We offer a braai (BBQ) drum outside. There are aluminium security shutters in front of every outer door, and security shutters or burglar bars in front of every window which opens. In addition, you will have an alarm system and panic button at your disposal. From the lock-up garage (with its electric garage door) allocated to Malmesbury Self-catering, you walk directly into the self-catering unit. You can also use the solid gate between the unit’s pool area and the street. The self-catering unit is located in a quiet and tranquil neighbourhood in Malmesbury and offers much more than merely accommodation – it is truly a home away from home. Guest access The entire self-catering unit (upper floor, lower floor, garden with swimming pool and 1 garage) is available to you exclusively. Other things to note The garage allocated to the self-catering unit is one of four garages situated alongside one another. The garage on the right-hand side is for the exclusive use of guests of Malmesbury Self-catering, while the other three garages are used by the owner.
