Kalwa Lake House - jetty, jacuzzi and water equipment

We offer you the opportunity to rent an exclusive modern house, fully air-conditioned, with a private jetty and access to the lake, with a year-round outdoor jacuzzi and water equipment. The house is located in Pasym directly on the Kalwa and Kalwa Mała lakes. Pasym is located in the heart of Masuria, about 200 km from Warsaw and 200 km from Gdańsk. The house is an ideal place for people who value silence, healthy air, contact with nature and at the same time modernity and luxury. The space The 140 sqm house with a 100 sqm terrace is located on a fenced 2000 sqm plot. It can accommodate 10 adults plus a group of small children. In the garden we planted 3000 plants, and for the youngest we built a playground like a dream. On the ground floor of the house there is a living room with panoramic windows with a beautiful view of the lake and the green surroundings, a kitchen with a dining room, a bedroom and a bathroom, as well as a laundry room. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, including one family bedroom with an extra bed for a child and lots of toys, as well as a view of the lake and a second bathroom. Additional cots are available upon request. Guest access The entire house and garden are at the exclusive disposal of guests. Private jetty, stocked lake shoreline, jacuzzi, playground, fire pit, boat, SUP boards, children's trampoline, garden with organic herbs and vegetables.
