The apartment is in the old village of Vado, a small village in the countryside 10 km from Arezzo, the city can be reached in 12 minutes. The house has a separate entrance with an external staircase, it is a two-room apartment that is spread over 2 floors with a kitchen, dining room, bedroom and bathroom. We are located along the Casentino road, a strategic position to reach the 4 Tuscan valleys, the Casentino, the Val di Chiana, the Valtiberina and the Valdarno, 1 hour from Florence, Siena, Perugia.
