This penthouse has all you need to make it your own personal beachfront oasis! The space This is an amazing fully furnished 3 bedroom and 2 fully renovated bathroom beachfront apartment. It has a great spacious and fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make great home cooked meals. However, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby if you just want to relax and enjoy the local cuisine. There is a laundry with washer and drier inside the unit as well. Excellent for vacationing couples and groups of friends, but also family friendly with a fully stocked game room with lots of table games for a family night in as well as beach toys, rings, and boggie boards for everyone to enjoy a nice beach day. Also included some beach chairs and mini fridge for all your refreshments. A big sectional sofa with TV makes the living room area with an 8 seat dinning set for group dinners overlooking the ocean. An additional family room or gathering area with views to the beach great for morning coffee or evening wine all within the comfort of your beach vacation home. Air conditioners in every bedroom and living room with fans as well so you can adjust the temperature to your preference, although the apartment has amazing cross ventilation due to the beachfront island breeze. Wifi provided throughout the whole apartment with TV and entertainment center in the main gathering area or living room. Hotel style bathrooms with elegant decor, beautiful chrome finishings, and option of jet like shower head as well as rain shower are both available, perfect for your own spa like getaway while winding down from a long beach trip day. Main room with its own personal TV, king sized bed, private bathroom, and a separate sitting area perfect for catching up with emails or remote work responsibilities. Second bedroom also equipped with a king sized bed. Third bedroom has two full bunk beds and a bonus twin sized bed as well as a separate sitting area with table is also provided. Blackout curtains in all bedrooms to block out sunlight on those who prefer to sleep in. Included in your stay are additional Perks that you'll find throughout the apartment in order to make it your personalized Oasis! The apartment complex is gated and a personalized code locks your front entrance as well as can add additional safety by closing the entrance gate if that is your preference, although the area is pretty safe.This is a third floor apartment/penthouse and each building has a total of 3 apartments, one in each floor. The downstairs entrance for the building is locked at night and key of that door is only available for the three owners of the apartments in that specific building which adds an additional layer of security. The pool area and common grounds are also gated. The pool area is shared by all the residents, the apartment overlooks the pool as well. You have one parking spot reserved and available for you within the complex. Additional vehicles can be parked in the street which can also be seen from the apartment and it is usually very easy to find street parking. It is a walk up condominium, therefore, you would have to go through three flights of stairs. Shopping cart with wheels is provided for convenience as well as a basket that can be pulleyed down to the first floor as well through the balcony to avoid too many trips up and down the stairs. Emergency lights are available throughout the apartment in case of a loss of power. Battery operated fan is also provided. The apartment is equipped with a brand new cistern (water storage tank) to ensure there is water available in the apartment at all times.
